1. How often do you go to Mohegan?
   2 times a day/ 3 times on Fridays and Saturdays
2. Where do I buy tickets?
   Tickets can be purchased from the driver at the pick-up location.
3. What time should I arrive at the pick-up location?
   At least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
4. What is the price per person?
   $27 seven days a week, AM/PM run; $27 Friday/Saturday Nite Owl.
5. What comes with the ticket, is there a bonus?
   There is a bonus, a $30 value for each traveler!*  A $10 food voucher good at any Mohegan restaurant or food court. It can also be used at either casino buffet. You also get $20 in free bets, used on Big 6 Wheel.
6. When do I receive my bonus package?
   Upon arrival at the casino a greeter will board the bus, give instructions about departure and hand out the bonus packages.
7. If I take the morning run down, can I take the afternoon run back?
   Only if there are seats available, if the afternoon run comes down full, those people have first priority to return.
8. Are children allowed?
   It is not recommended to bring children to a casino - only passengers over the age of 21 are allowed to gamble and receive the bonus package. There is little for children to do at a casino.

Group Tour Questions

1. Do you offer individual seats for your group tours?
   Our group tours are for groups with 30 or more. For tours that offer individual seats, please check our retail tour page or the Mohegan Sun run.
2. What is the difference between a tour and a charter?
   Tours include all package elements, including a scheduled itinerary, accommodations, meals, tickets and transportation. Charters include transportation, you provide travel details.
3. Where do your group tours depart from?
   You choose your departure location. Make sure you have permission to leave your group's vehicles at the departure point to avoid a possible misunderstanding involving a towing company!
