I just wanted to compliment our driver, Angel, who took our church group to Lancaster, PA last weekend. He had VERY safe driving habits, and was interactive with the passengers on his bus at the various stops we made. He was very friendly to everyone, and particularly courteous to the 2 handicapped riders we had on board.

Holyoke Catholic High School has been working with King Ward for 6 years. Your company has been very helpful in providing the services we need, as well as being extremely flexible and accomodating. When we originally moved to Granby, MA we only had 2 months to secure transportation, King Ward moved quickly on the matter and ensured service was up and running for the first day of school. Communication with personnel in the office has been wonderful. The driver's have been great at handling the needs of the children on the bus, as well as communicating with the school's administration.
King Ward also provides service for our athletic teams, and has been very flexible with last minute changes in game times, locations, etc.

Dear Dennis King,
I am writting in compliment to one of your drivers, Tom Houle. I was recently a chaperone on a trip for Westfield High School to Va. Beach and Baltimore. During our trip we spent a day at Busch Gardens, while there I had a serious medical issue crop up. Tom not only took me to the local hospital (which he knew exactly where it was), but he insisted on staying with me during a long emergency room visit. After being released from the hospital, Tom then brought me to a local pharmacy to have some prescriptions filled and even helped me pick out the correct size cane! Never once complaining. I even offered to buy him lunch, but he politely declined. At this point I could walk, but not very far. Tom pulled as close as possible to the entrance to the park, where I was to meet up with our group, he then proceeded to help me in, where I was led to an electric scooter that had been acquired by the group. Tom probably would have carried me in if I had asked him to.
Tom Houle is clearly a man of outstanding character, and a major asset to your company. Because of this experience, I will highly recommend King Ward, as well as Tom Houle in the future. Thank you for your time.

I am writing today to acknowledge the outstanding service your company provided for us on our recent band trip to Virginia Beach. All of the driver's were courteous and professional at all times, but one stood out in particular. Our lead driver, Mr Tom Houle continually kept us updated as the trip went along about various items of interest or concern. He always ensured our group was where we needed to be, when we needed to be there, with plenty of time to prepare for whatever we had on the agenda for that day.
In my 19 years of band directing, Tom was the best lead driver we've ever had. Hands down.
As a result of our success with your company, I will recommed your services to all other music directors that I know. Thank you very much for helping to make our spring trip a tremendous success.

Now that I have had time to reflect over our trip to the Boston Pops, as well as our driver, Cliff Langford I realize how much of a pleasure it was to be in his company.
As soon as we approached the bus, all of us became aware of Cliff's congeniality. He quickly became a friend to all of his passengers. There were a number of elderly in our group - he provided care and attention to each of them as we boarded the bus. Cliff's driving was almost artistic! He even joked with us throughout the evening and was very personable with each of us.
Cliff is indeed a credit to King Ward and you can be assured we will ask for him on our next trip. Please convey to Cliff out appreciation for making our neighborhood trip to the Boston Pops such a memorable occasion.
