Tour Policies

***NOTICE - Effective 11/1/11 - We will no longer be departing from the Holyoke Mall overflow lot. Our new pickup location is at the Century Plaza on Memorial Ave. in West Springfield, behind Party Warehouse. Look for the big yellow X! We apologize for any inconvenience.

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on our vehicles at anytime.

PAYMENTS: For one-day tours full payment is due at the time of booking. For multi-day tours* an initial deposit is due at the time of booking with final payment due approximately one month prior to the trip departure. Deposit amount varies per trip. No reservation is guaranteed until payment has been received. All payments are NON-refundable. For parties of 10 or more, 1 free for every 10 paid reservations.

*Multi-day tours that require full payment will be noted.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: KWCL accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

PICKUP LOCATIONS: Minimum number of passengers required for Enfield pickup on non Southbound trips. KWCL will notify passengers if the minimum is not reached. As of 1/1/12 our retail trips will no longer offer an Enfield pickup. At any pickup location parking is at your own risk. King Ward nor property owners can be held responsible for any theft, damage, etc. of any vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final. No cancellations will be accepted once payment has been received. However, if seats can be resold cancellation will be accepted & a refund will be issued. Reservations are transferable.

GRATUITIES: All gratuities are included.

LOST ITEMS: KWCL is not responsible for any items that may or may not have been left on our vehicles.

SEATING: There is no assigned seating on board the coaches for any of our trips.

DISCLAIMER: Tours are operated by King Ward Coach Lines. We act as agents for the passengers and therefore accept no responsibility for any changes in itinerary due to act of God, war, weather, traffic, construction or any other conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to change our itinerary & make substitutions of equal value if, in our opinion, circumstances warrant. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all tours and refund payment made if bookings are inadequate.
